Customer Service Specialist with English & Polish (Business Care Team)

Location: Warsaw: hybrid (both remote and office presence)

Duration: 2 year contract (with possibility of extension), employment by Stanley Black & Decker

Polish advanced and English intermediate (B1 level) language required

Customer Service Front Office  (Business Care Team).

Purpose

You will be responsible for processing customers' orders and warranties in SAP, handling disputes, mails, phones and quotations for Polish clients.

The Job (Responsibilities)

• Everyday support of the customer service / business care team
• Processing customers' orders and warranties in SAP for assigned region
• Collaboration with local teams to reach common goals or to prevent backlogs
• Preparing and completing reports to monitor the workload
• Participating in quality improvement / team meetings
• Answering incoming calls with Polish-speaking clients.

The Person (Requirements)

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Language skills: Polish, English communicative (at least intermediate/B1 level)
• Can-do attitude
• Ability to work in virtual environment
• Ensuring high quality of work
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Compliance with Stanley Black & Decker Values and Ethics
