Currently we’re looking for:

Business Care Partner (Customer Service) 6M contract (Warsaw, Remote)

Location: Fully Remote, with office access in Warsaw, Poland

Employment contract – 6 months fixed term, with possibility of extension [employment trough external agency – Grafton]

First week - office presence in Warsaw required for onboarding.

Role: 80% back office business support (systems, emails), 20% front office (phone calls, zoom). Support to internal Stanley Black & Decker business clients: teams like Supply Chain, Sales Team and others.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperation and coordination of operational activities with other departments of the company in terms of customer orders (local Sales and Marketing, Warehouse; Financial Controlling, Planners, Transport Company)
• Caring for the sales development through the implementation of "Order-to-cash" process (starting from the order, through his service; customer claim handling and execution)
• Building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and taking care of them; phone and e-mail contact with customers, answering product and service questions, solving logistics issues, participation in global productivity projects
• Processing orders in SAP
• Solving the claims of customers
• Create and maintain customer credit and debit notes

Requirements:

• Desired - work experience in customer service
• Fluent Polish, good knowledge of English
• Excel: required
• Advantage: experience in working on SAP system
• Problem-solving oriented
• Attention to detail
• Great organization skills with ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit
