Supplier Administrator (SAP Ariba)

Ariba support, Warsaw

This individual will be a key member of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining the global Indirect eProcure solution (Ariba P2P) for EMEA, focusing on supplier support.  He or she will be responsible for assisting with configuration, internal and external communication, file uploads and supplier enablement and communications for the eProcure program.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide support as the Functional Administrator for eProcure solution for all Suppliers

-   System add, change and deletes for suppliers, catalogs, master data, system configuration

• Serve as the Supplier Enablement team member for eProcure project team

-   Deployments for new businesses and onboarding of suppliers, with trainings and after the fact support

-   Supplier communications

-   Main contact for suppliers

-   Enable/maintain suppliers, catalogs, contacts, master data

• Review and resolve procurement exception / escalation point of contact via internal Service Now ticketing system

• Assist as the secondary support for system and procurement process for suppliers (Ariba is primary support) with full accounts and standard accounts

• Assist with additional eProcure roll­outs globally

• Assist the team in policy and procedure development as it relates to eProcure

• Provide reports on KPI’s and other spend analytics as needed

• Support User Admin with any internal questions or issues with SBD

-   PO/PR/Invoice issues

-   Trainings on creation of PRs within the Ariba tool

-   Running reports for the business

-   Working closely with GSS AP team to resolve invoicing issues

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 2 Years of relevant experience in the following:

-   Purchase orders

-   Invoice management

-   System set­up

-   Data management

• Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited Excel
