Senior Analyst, Digital Insights & Transformation

Location: Fully Remote (fully remote with possibility to work from Warsaw office)

 

Purpose:

Transform businesses processes (for all areas: Operations, Finance, Sales/Marketing, e-commerce and even HR), make processes more efficient with tools and automation.

The position provides the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across the Enterprise and exposure to many business teams with the ability to make recommendations for helping shape the growth of the company. The position is part of the Digital Insights & Transformation Team under the Performance Resiliency and Business Transformation Center of Excellence (COE).

 

Responsibilities

  • Enable the team to develop analytics that goes beyond hindsight reporting; provide valuable insights, build predictive models, and promote optimization
  • Drive operational improvement through new and existing tools in the areas of automation, Power BI, Alteryx, etc. that will enhance the quality of the analytics and reduce the effort required
  • Focus on visualisations and dashboards building – visual way of presenting data, so that partners can better understand data, support in decision making
  • Work cross-functionally across IT, Operations, Finance, and other business partners as outlined by the use case to provide automation & analytical solutions.
  • Prioritize a portfolio of work activities, make timely decisions on projects while also communicating with senior management
  • Ensure business solutions are commensurate with customer need and the organization’s goals and priorities

 

Requirements

  • Master's Degree (preferred) in Finance, Business, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, IT, Computer Science, Math, or another related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience (ex: Data Analytics, Healthcare, or Business, Consumers Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations)
  • 3+years’ experience in Analytics/ Visualization tools (Advanced levels): Power BI/QlikView, SQL, advantage: Alteryx/Talend
  • Business Reporting tools such as Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.
  • Experience with ERP such as SAP/Oracle/JDE/JDA
  • Nice to have: Robotic Process Automation Experience; Coding/Scripting experience: Python or Ruby or R, R-Shiny, Julia, VBA; Planning Software such as Anaplan or Adaptive
  • Strong project management and client relationship management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of researching and applying data and analytics pronouncements in a business context
  • Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism and autonomy
  • Excellent English - verbal and written
  • Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Company, strong interpersonal skills
  • Executive presence, with the ability to act as the primary contact on assigned engagements
