IT Service Desk Specialist with French

Helpdesk, Warsaw

Goal: to provide support and technical advice to Stanley Black&Decker end users globally. 

Our French IT Helpdesk team works in a shift system (8-16, 10-18).

Internal job title is IT Operations Associate or  IT Operations Analyst depending on the candidate's experience.

Tasks:

  • Remote technical support of internal end-users (according to procedures)
  • Contact by phone, in French and in English
  • Work in a call center environment, in a shift-system

Requirements:

  • Experience in an IT Helpdesk environment
  • Fluent French & fluent English
  • Experience with administering Windows 10 and MS Office
  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, (knowledge of SCCM is a plus)
  • Knowledge of LAN / WAN Technologies, experience with TCP / IP
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
