IT Service Desk Specialist with English
Goal: to provide support and technical advice to Stanley Black&Decker end users globally.
Our IT Helpdesk team works in a 3 shift system (6-14,14-22,22-6).
Internal job title is IT Operations Associate or IT Operations Analyst depending on the candidate's experience.
- Remote technical support of internal end-users (according to procedures)
- Contact by phone, in English
- Work in a call center environment, in a shift-system
- Experience in an IT Helpdesk environment
- Fluent English
- Experience with administering Windows (10) and MS Office
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, (knowledge of SCCM is a plus)
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN Technologies, experience with TCP / IP
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- New office near Rondo Daszyńskiego
- Employment contract via external agency - first contract for 3 months, next contract for 12 months (with the possibility to prolong the contract)
