Financial Analyst - Automation & Process Optimization

Finance, Warsaw

Position Summary: This role is responsible for supporting the reporting and analysis for the Automation & Process Optimization (A&PO) organization. This role will provide support and analysis for budgets, actual results and estimates, as well as working on various projects in support of the organizations’ strategic initiatives. The individual must be capable of leading change, building productive relationships and must have a strong appetite for challenge and growth. Being able to bring enthusiasm, energy, responsiveness and solutions to the team is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses financial impacts of external and internal drivers and provide estimates of the actual and forecasted impacts to the cost base
  • Works with large amounts of data & standardizes views & reporting to facilitate speed in decision and action
  • Assist in analysis and preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Forecasts
  • Assist in analysis and preparation of annual budgets
  • Assist in analysis and preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Risks & Opportunities
  • Drive process improvements and process standardization across A&PO Organization
  • Designs standard & concise reporting & provides key management indicators to the team
  • Creates presentations in support of budgets, strategic plans, quarterly reviews etc.
  • Help in the development of documentation and best practices across A&PO Organization
  • Partner with other A&PO team members to support completion of project deliverables
  • Perform other duties as requested by management to support project and operational goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor`s / Master’s Degree in Finance or Business preferred
  • Participation/graduate of a formal financial leadership program a plus
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HFM, SAP, Business Objects and key procurement solutions such as Ariba are a big plus
  • Analytical Skills: Be able to quickly get to the key messages & set leadership on the path for action
  • Project Management | effectively manage multiple deliverables and priorities
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a sense of urgency are 3 key strengths
  • Provide support on multiple projects, managing and coordinating project activities across teams and resources
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and changing priorities
  • Communication: Clear & engaging | needs level of comfort operating in a heavily matrixed organization
  • Ability to share knowledge, teaching and training others
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and changing priorities
