Customer Service Specialist
(temporary work)

Responsibilities:

  • Caring for the sales development through the implementation of "Order-to-cash" process (starting from the order, through his service; customer claim handling and execution)
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and taking care of them; phone and e-mail contact with customers (update on delivery of products), answering product and service questions, solving logistics issues, participation in global productivity projects
  • Cooperation and coordination of operational activities with other departments of the company in terms of customer orders (local Sales and Marketing, Warehouse; Financial Controlling, Plannists, Transport Company)
  • Processing customer orders in SAP
  • Solving the claims of customers
  • Create and maintain customer credit and debit notes

Requirements:

  • Work experience in customer service
  • Experience in working on SAP system – nice to have
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Problem-solving oriented
  • Attention to detail
  • Great organization skills
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit
