Business Analyst RTR

Responsibilities:

• Provide data for statutory and group audit purposes
• Generate and providing reports during month and quarter end period to GL/AP/AR/IC teams
• Resolve user queries related to reporting
• Support system implementations of Central Finance / SAP HANA
• Continuously challenge the status quo and help to advance analytics capabilities
• Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to actively ensure that financial analysis needs are met
• Manage end-to-end small to medium analytical projects; work on major SBD projects in a support role
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including proposing solutions to the business challenges and managing their expectations particularly in regards to technical feasibility of the solutions
• Develop own expertise and share it with the team members to improve the processes
• Handle more complex business issues
• Provide analytics to business initiatives

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Economics or any related fields
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced MS Excel (VBA and Power Query) and SharePoint skills
• Experience with system implementations and automation, system development, workflow design analysis, and data analysis
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (SAP Business Objects - Analysis for Office) desired
• Capability to visualize results using interactive dashboards would be a plus
• Experience with SAP would be an adventage
