OTC Dispute Management Analyst – Central Finance

Location: Fully Remote (fully remote with office access in Warsaw, Poland).

 

Responsibilities

  • Ability to communicate and interact across all levels of the organization including Controllership, Business, and IT.
  • Cooperation with business stakeholders and data analysts to document and standardize business process within OTC area.
  • Assistance with configurable controls review and defining correct security roles for new OTC and other related users.
  • Cooperation with IT and outside consultants on testing and documenting user stories and test results in dispute management processes.
  • Preparation of the OTC business process flows and process documentation.
  • Work with transactional team leads to define and document enhanced business process and requirements for OTC on the Central Finance platform.
  • Plays an important role in every stage of the project ensuring timeliness in delivering entrusted tasks.
  • Cooperation with European BU’s to ensure new enhancements are kept within global process.
  • Provides support for data and reporting work-streams for OTC master data and reporting requirements.
  • Provides support to training and change management teams for OTC processes.

 

Requirements

  • Higher Degree - Business, Finance, or Systems or related
  • Min. 2 year of experience - Finance, Accounting, OTC (order-to-cash) experience
  • Required: SAP FICO experience (knowledge of S4Hana system will be a great advantage).
  • Advantage: experience with business process standardization in the order-to-cash environment especially withing cash application area (experience in managing write off’s and short payments in particular)
  • Advantage: knowledge and previous experience with Agile methodology and Jira software will be an asset.
  • MS Excel
  • Strong English
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate within a matrix organization
  • Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes
  • Occasional travel might be required (once restrictions are lifted)
