For our Warsaw office, we’re currently looking for:

 

Lead Business Analyst – HR Information Systems

Tasks:

Goal: provide cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance business applications.

  • Projects: support European deployment of Northgate Arinso (NGA) as the common payroll provider using their SAP application; identify and deploy appropriate  Time & Attendance systems; expand & support PeopleSoft functionality)
  • Business Analyst (80% of the time)
    • Assess business requests (end-user needs), translate them into technical requirements (for HR and Payroll Information Systems like: PeopleSoft, Northgate Arinso)
    • Gather, analyse, document and align business requirements
    • Set & run business scenarios for user acceptance tests (UAT); participate in testing and approving the “application enhancement requests”
    • Communicate and share new processes within the company
    • Operates as a liaison/first point of contact between relevant end-user departments (e.g. Payroll team) and technical personnel (or vendors when appropriate)
  • HR & Payroll information systems application support (20% of the time)
    • Work closely together with Helpdesk team to solve user & applications issues  regarding HR Information Systems in Europe
    • Supplier management and error handling: administrate IT agreements (monitor SLA’s)
    • Deliver training for HR application users,  teach end users new technology and enhancements

Requirements:

  • Higher Degree
  • +4 years’ experience in HR information systems business analyst / implementation / support projects (HR, Payroll and T&A systems, like: PeopleSoft, SAP, Kronos, Workday), preferred in a large multinational company
  • Experience with interpreting business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
  • Fluent English language
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Dynamic, open to change
  • Effective time management, able to work independently
  • Travel (European region) up to 25% of the time, depending on specific project/business needs
