For our Warsaw office, we’re currently looking for an:

IT Helpdesk Analyst with Spanish

Goal: to provide support and technical advice to Stanley Black&Decker end users globally.
Work time: 2 shifts: [14:00 to 22:00] and [16:00 to 24:00] (Monday to Friday).

Tasks:

  • Remote technical support of internal end-users (according to procedures)
  • Contact by phone, in Spanish & English
  • Work in a call center environment, in a shift-system

Requirements:

  • Experience in an IT Helpdesk environment
  • Solid Spanish & English speaking skills (knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage)
  • Experience with administering Windows (7/8) and MS Office
  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, (knowledge of SCCM is a plus)
  • Knowledge of LAN / WAN Technologies, experience with TCP / IP
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
